  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Smoked paprika (optional)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0 Cooking spray

For the Buffalo Sauce

  • 0.75 cup Buffalo sauce (your favorite store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  2. Add water to the bowl and toss again until a thick batter clings to the cauliflower.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

  9. Pour the warm buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to dry ingredients or use hotter buffalo sauce. Can be made gluten-free by using a GF flour blend or chickpea flour. For vegan, use vegan buffalo sauce and butter alternative. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
