  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for spraying/coating)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, and minced garlic.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  5. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, coating well on all sides.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Cook in batches if necessary.
  7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken should be golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
