Ingredients

Scale

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef (The heart of our cheeseburger flavor!)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (For that aromatic savory punch.)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (Adds depth and sweetness.)
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce (The creamy, dreamy base that brings it all together. Use your favorite store-bought or homemade!)
  • 0.33 cup Dill pickles, chopped (Our little secret weapon for that quintessential cheeseburger tang! Don’t skip these!)
  • 8 oz Pasta (Any shape you love will work! Penne, rotini, or even spaghetti are great.)
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika (Just a hint of smokiness to really amp up the cheeseburger vibe.)
  • 1 tsp Salt (To bring out all those delicious flavors.)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper (For a little kick.)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (To get our beef sizzling.)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (The classic cheeseburger melt!)
  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded (For extra stretch and melty perfection.)

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about a minute.
  4. Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir. Let it simmer.
  5. Stir in chopped dill pickles.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top. Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

This recipe is a wonderful canvas for creativity! Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms and onions for a vegetarian option, red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, finely diced bell peppers, bacon bits, or experiment with different cheeses.
