Pesto Chicken Pull-Apart Sliders

Easy and delicious pesto chicken pull-apart sliders, perfect for any gathering or a fun weeknight treat. Ready in under 30 minutes!

Main ingredients

  • 9 slider rolls or tray buns Slider rolls (Keep tops and bottoms attached.)
  • 0.25 cup Pesto (Store-bought or homemade.)
  • 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken (Rotisserie chicken is recommended.)
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Butter Topping

  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms attached.
  2. Spread pesto evenly on the cut surfaces of the bottom halves of the rolls.
  3. Distribute shredded chicken over the pesto.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  8. Tightly wrap the entire tray of sliders in aluminum foil.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Carefully unwrap and serve immediately. Everyone can pull off their own slider.

Notes

Can be assembled a few hours in advance and refrigerated. May require a few extra minutes of baking time if refrigerated. To reheat leftovers, bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
